Reunion
Thursday June 5th - Sunday June 8th, 2025
Come home to Harvard to reconnect with the Class of '85!
We have a variety of great programs in store. Explore these pages to learn more about what's in store, volunteer for our reunion, make your Class Gift, and more!
General Information for Registering for Reunion
Programming
You can find a schedule on the 40th Reunion page of the Reunions 2025 website. Additional details about events will be added once confirmed, including locations. For those looking to register for à la carte events rather than the full package, the “evening” events are the 7:00 p.m. dinner dances, and everything prior to that is considered “day.”
Pricing
Full pricing information is noted on the website.
Our reunion programming will take place across four days (June 5–8) and you will have the option of purchasing events à la carte or purchasing the full package at a discounted rate. We highly recommend registering as early as possible, as prices will go up closer to the event date. You are welcome to register and pay for guests in addition to yourself as part of your registration. Pricing for adult guests is the same as for classmates (so, for example, the cost for you and a guest to each attend with the full package would be the full package price times two). You can sign your guest up for the same events as you or different events.
What are the important deadlines? Early bird pricing and campus housing registration ends on April 22. After April 22, pricing switches to standard pricing and campus housing registration will no longer be available. Standard pricing, childcare registration, and refund requests end on May 15. After May 15, online registration is closed, but walk-ins are welcome to register on-site at the Reunion at the on-site registration price.
If you need to cancel for any reason after your registration, you can email 40threunion_haa@harvard.edu. Note that any requests for refunds due to cancellations must be received by May 15; the HAA will not be able to issue refunds after May 15.
Is there financial assistance? We’ve set aside a Class of 1985 financial assistance fund. If cost is a prohibiting factor to attending the Reunion, you will be able to request financial assistance as part of your registration form. This is built into the form and will be presented to you before you reach payment, with the option of selecting 50 or 100 percent off the price, so you do not need to request this separately. Note that financial assistance can only be applied to your programming costs, and cannot be applied to housing, guests, or the registration fee. Financial assistance will be on a first come first serve basis, so please register early!
Accommodations
Please visit the HAA website to learn more about accommodations (both on-campus and suggested off-campus options). The cost of on-campus housing is $175 per night per person. This cost is per person (not per room) per night and helps cover outsourced custodial costs to maintain the dorms for the duration of Reunion. Please note that room sharing is limited to alumni/ae members within the same household/family. Registration for on-campus housing will be part of your reunion registration and must be requested by April 22.
